i have the same problem, but the rest of the download gets stuck evry now and the aswell

im running windows 8.1

Have you tried running repair.exe from your Eve folder? It is more reliable at applying patches in my experience.

It gets stuck @ either 24.9% or 54.5%

I get this every other patch, "repair" tool does anything but that, gets stuck @ downloading as well

Can we get rid of launcher please and get back to pre launcher patches, I'd rather manually take care of 5 clients and not have to download a new client every patch-day


funny how the launcher can even go back from 26% to 25.5%:

Im currently unable to login as eve crashes after character screen on login, I'm using Mac OS

Same on my Mac OS X. After log in the screen is freezing and I get this message:
"Unhandled page fault on read access to 0x0000001d at address 0x75505d5c.
Do you wish to debug it ?"

Some wierd problem with the sound in space again, like the old MWD loud sound problem, but i don't know what's the module that's making this noise...

Also have a Mac client and managed to get my ship undocked before the crash happened. Have attempted logging in 4 times and have re-booted computer twice still unable to log without system crash….please help.

4 crashes in 10 min after online for + 2 hours stable .
3 on my alt and 1 on this char ( dualboxing )

always ocure's before a gate jump or when entering a station , just before aula starts to say her docking sentence apeared on screen . if i log back on the char is docked up safe
. same with the stargate's , just before the jumping into sentence apeared game crashes , when i log back on the char did jump the stargate and is static cloacked ( jumpcloack timer ) @ the range u normal jump out a gate . no battle timers active , just solo on the gate , highsec and low sec .

and when i wrote this post my 2 clients died @ the same time again .

some guys in corp had the same troubles 20 minutes before me .

no thirth party programs active on my pc
linked with 1 android app on the smartphone
( eve droid )

intel core I7 950
12 Gig ram
Gforce GTX 560 TI
2 screens in window mode



going to start the everepair tool and wil try the applications posted before if the problem happening again i post them here .

disabled sounds , relogged , fly'd around some gate's , jumped , docked undocked , enabled sounds again , relogged , and stil not crashed or client closed for now .

wil reply back when something happened again

An Audio related issue: The ship specific sounds seem to be completely muted down or even missing. It is a bit shame as those sounds are really well created. (Ore ships specifically are muted down a lot, those sounds made mining much more imerssive as well ;).) The sounds I am talking about are the ones when hovering over ships in ISIS they emit.

Same here!
3 clients crash on docking with an alt account and everything is ok on my main.
I tried to repair and it didn't works.
I disabled the sound => it works well but it takes 15-20 seconds to dock with my alt where everything is ok on may main account with sound..

Edit: Client crash on jump clone too...

ive had 1 crash after moving systems,
same system dock and redock is fine, just moving system that's causing the issue

Game randomly crashes across all account at random times, about 2-10min after login.
Likes to occur when a load occurs, like docking at station, but can happen at other random times as well.

Never had this problem before today.
