Even if you do die consistently for a month trying to solo, you explode in different ways. Noticing all the different ways to die and remembering them is how one learns: this one kited me with missiles; that one got in my face with blasters; these guys had friends in system; etc.

All your deaths are meaningless only if you don't make them meaningful. Otherwise, death is a very good teacher.
