As a person that enjoys hunting these guys they do have very good intel... so props to them for that. However they also have an astounding amount of carrier ratters who make great black ops kills. Have to get past the 8 million scout alts the Russians have in the region first. That said if you rent from them be sure you can defend yourself; you won't get any help from alliance mates even if they are in the same system.
