PLEX for SP

What if CCP made an option that we could use to change a PLEX for unallocated SP?

For example, 30 days worth of SP.

Instead of going through the pain of waiting months just to fly a dam ship.




OR, create an activity in game that rewards SP, so we can grind them.

Older players don't want this cause they will lose their power over noobs. Simple as that.

I think this is not really that bad an idea.

Hell, you could buy ACTUAL Skill Books from the Nex store. That award skill points.

And maybe some sort of ammunition that does extra damage.

And is golden.

Older players will as well just grind for SkillPoints,
making your whole "argument" irrelevant.

Dear Arsine Mayhem, the following information may be of some help to you.

A frigate, for example, can only absorb a finite number of skill points before it is maxed out.

The max number of skill points which can be used to fly and fit a frigate applies if you are a relatively new player or if you are a player who has played Eve Online since the Beta.

This Topic comes up so much, and everybody has their own opinion.

Personally I go with a SP for Plex based on Loyalty.

You get to buy 10% of the skill points you trained over a 12 month period.

For Example.

You subscribe on January 1st 2014.

Between January 1st 2014 to January 1st 2015 you train 15 million Skill Points.

On January 1st you have the ability to purchase 1.5m Skill Points for a specific ISK amount.

Rewards players for keeping an active subscription. Stops people paying to get brilliant accounts without putting in the time.

Paying a PLEX to *reduce* someone *else's* SPs by a certain amount would be the only correct EVE way.

what are you suggesting doesn't make sense. you are suggesting to speed up training time from real time to instant. with the fact that time is the most valuable asset then the 30 days of SP to PLEX cost ratio would need to me MUCH higher like 10 PLEX for 1 month worth of SP. but even with that it would still be a bad thing for the game 0/10

Under the current system, time = SP.

But as we all know, time = money.

So CCP should complete the equation and make money = SP.
