[EULA/TOS] Scraping at The Gate

It's been a while since I looked at this and don't remember the results...

IF I can work out how to programmatically compose mail from Eve Gate, am I allowed to run a mailer daemon that will send eve-mail via the Gate?

(in simple terms, can I have an agent connect to the web service?)

This is nothing where the CFT (common forum troll) can authorize you.

I am pretty sure they said, that you are not allowed to Automate EvE Gate.

Right, will be petitioning when I'm ready for that stage.

As it's going, they'll probably release the USL before I get there (I'm slow)
