First of all just wanted to say thanks to Seignour Doa for going out with a bang, last night was a great laugh and was good to see the community out in such large numbers.

both show 512 involved parties but I am certain there was more than that hitting it. I was with my main toon yet I am not showing up on the list of involved parties and it has not come up in the in-game kills/losses in my corp kills/losses. I dont remember this issue occuring on the Flight of 1000 rifters supercarrier kill. I was hitting it when it was in around half shield damage. Have I missed something here as I definatly wanted to get it on my killboard?

Who cares, it's just a kill. If it didn't get on your killboard then that's too bad, your killboard is just a pixel record of how "pro" you are anyhow.

The killmail rules are obscure. From what I recall you must:

1. have inflicted damage in the 15 minutes preceding the ship destruction (or killmail generation; not certain which)
2. must be in system at the time of the killmail generation

There may also be something involving session changes (not allowed, so don't dock). I'm not certain this is a thing though.

I'm not on it either. Its on mine tho. Topdamage even. Damn Aeon :)

You need to be in system, having inflicted damage up to 15 min prior to its destruction.

Since it survived longer than 15 minutes after I turned into a ball of fire and I podexpressed out; no superkill for me.

But yeah; that was fun :)

Kudos to Snigwaffe and the superpilot organizing it!

It's sad that this is the least terrible thread for the past few days.

I just undocked for the first time and someone challenged me to a duel. Wat do?

You can strike number 2 and session changes don't matter. I know because I have a kill credit for a guy who was on a loss mail for one of my Cerbs, but he lost his Navy Scythe after I left the system.

It doesnt matter if you leave system but if the person your shooting at has a session change eg they jump a gate then you wont be on the killmail.

I still got the record muahahaha... Involved parties: 2349 Cool

OP, sometimes kill mails just go wrong. The RvB Ganked 100 was supposed to have a kill mail so prizes could be awarded, but things went all bugged out and even though the carrier died, no kill mail was produced. It sucks, but there is that change of it happening.
