What the hell???

Not even a 1 week grace period after the announcement?

Your customers would appreciate some before hand warning even if it was just for a few days!

I did read it, and I do appreciate that, and I know it would require effort from the GMs to enforce no B-teams.

Regardless, for some alliances, like mine that have a sister alliance with players having accounts in both and not necessarily the highest SP toons all in the same, causes problems.


Maybe we'll get lucky with petitions.

Also, they did do the same thing last year. So to most of us it didn't come as a huge surprise, I guess.

Nobody knew the exact date, but it was bound to happen around this time. That being said, good luck with the petitions.

It's mostly going to be a pain for people with alts that they don't always have in their "home" corp/alliance, that they may wish to use during AT.

That's where they allow you to plead your case. If you hopped out of your "home" alliance for a short time and were not part of any other alliance, you might be allowed back in.

What they don't want is for people to be shifting around to "form" alliance teams. They want the teams to legitimately represent the alliances from which they're formed.

Edit: after actually *reading* the previous posts, I realize I basically restated them. oh well.

I sent in a petition a week to see if this toon could be eligible...I had to unsub due to RL and came back to my toon in a holding alliance...CCP Fozzie said something about a meeting, but no one has even responded to my petition../lame

The answer we got is that everything will be decided only after the 64 alliances are selected for AT.

So you'll have to submit a petition again at that time

In which category do you have to submit your petition for that kind of issue ? I petitioned last week but didn't get an answer.

Almost a month on my petition and still nothing...




So they replied a week after some of my guys petitioned but I was wrong. What they said was to wait until after Fan Fest for a final decision an not to petition again after the teams were selected.

Last year you had to submit a petition to the community section, this from the ATXI announcement;
