At time of sale, there will be no POS or any other "trash" remaining, leaving you with a clean system in which to call home.

Fine Print: In the event the system is discovered and occupied by another party, auction will be closed with no isk transfer completed. Winner has 48 hours from auction win to accept most current bookmark to entrance. After 48 hours, our corporate scanning explorer will vacate the system. 50% delivery of isk prior to release of entrance location (non-refundable), remaining 50% upon satisfaction and commitment to purchase. Once final purchase amount has been given, our remaining member will vacate the system, leaving its maintenance solely in your capable hands.
