also, the bit about missing kills also demonstrates an inaccuracy. using inaccurate measurements is bad.

I used my own ranking to prove my point. If I really cared about it I would have made sure all my kills was posted there.

How was that dis-respectfulness? I was pointing out a fact. For example, you guys went from 8000 to just above 7000 by whoring in on Concord mails.

See why I said BC ranking is a poor reflection of a persons or a corps ability? Now do you understand how easy it is to manipulate it to be skewed in your favour. A lot of the highly ranked (top 100) used to kill their own expensive toys just to be top ranked. Which is why just about everybody does not trust the BC ranking system. In hind sight I should have said that as well in my first post since I take for granted that people actually know what is going on in EVE.

However I am sure you will read the above and only thing you will comprehend is that I am insulting the fact you only killed concorded ships this weekend. Because that is how far your intellect stretches. I really don't care that you did but it proves my point nicely about BC rankings.

you simply stated the fact that your ranking is something horrible and irrelevant, kane simply stated the fact that battleclinic is inaccurate and a poor measurement of whatever it is you were trying to measure. [then, at that point, you got really really mad]

Kane was just trying to help you.

As you can see, this forum is populated by people smarter, wiser, and more experienced than you. This is why pretty much everyone agrees with Kane, because Kane is the Bodhisattva of HiSec - the Perfectly Enlightened One.

Kane was trying to help you advertise your corp, because anyone with half a brain would see you claiming "top ranked on BC" and laugh at you. I mean honestly, did you really think you're little nobody corp was top ranked anywhere?

Not at all what I said. Re-read that. Why would I put myself at a disadvantage? As it stands I can have allies join my wars, if I make the wars mutual, I cannot. Why would I not take advantage of those mechanics?

I was actually kinda hoping that this was some ploy by a squad of real PvP'ers to bait a whole bunch of people into wars by turbo shitposting on some no-name altcorp and then bringing their mains in as allies (I don't do enough hisec stuff to know if there is any reason to do this instead of just wardeccing people directly).

The constant posting of the OP in quick succession is deemed an illegal way to keep this thread on top of C&P.
If I where to apply the forum rules strictly I would have to lock this thread down for the next 19 days as compensation for illegal bumping outside of the marketplace section of the forum.
