Petition against incursion scrambling at gates.

I will try to keep my words to an minimum. Forgive my poor grammar and spelling.

I think its a little unfair that incursion "rats" can scramble at warp gates.

I was in low sec. Entered a system with incursion "rats" that were spawned at the gate.

I was only trying to pass through the system. Tried to warp to the next gate at the other end of the system, and before I could warp I was scrambled by the incursion rats.

I think that is a little unfair. I was in a Flycatcher for pete's sake. Not a slow ship but not the fastest.

I am open to anybody's thoughts. Be them for or against this.

As is I would like incursion rats not to be able to scramble at warp gates.

Now you know there is an incursion there why don't you run it and make your isk back?

This one's a bit over the edge guys.

Maybe you want players also unable to scramble you at gates? maybe a solo play mode without interaction with anything?

Don't panic. Just note the names of the rats, move back to the gate and jump. Check what they do online and proceed accordingly.

Sure I may of been up to no good in low sec.

Regardless of what I was up to I just don't seem to find what benefit it is to have rats scrambling at gates.

Prevents "honest" players from moving about. So to say.

Its one thing if it happend in a belt. But to have it happen at a gate when one is only trying to pass through. Idk.

I understand even life can be unfair. I ask what benefit is there to this? Play smarter?

I find it upsetting. I may be a "crybaby" for complaining but is my thoughts understandable even a lil bit? :/

I, too lost a Flycatcher to incursion rats. It was in nullse though. Kinda srems odd a destroyer can't get passed them, though.

I'd very much like them to do this in HS too...

Remove standings and insurance.

To be fair, you entered an incursion system. Which is a system they are actively invading and trying to take over. What you experienced was a gate camp really. It's just good tactics.

op when incursions were made, they were intended as events that would negatively effect everyone in the constellation, so that the players would all band together to fight them. that's why there's debuffs and warp scrambling rats

No, they're not.

I've lost plenty to incursion rats on lowsec gates. **** happens when you're flying in space. Next time check your journal for incursion systems and avoid them if it upsets you this much. You've learned the lesson and now you know.

Sigh. Perhaps I should recite the "Serenity prayer" .

I guess I have to accept it.
Changing it could happen. With multiple votes.
A gate camp ran by rats. Well that just makes me smile and helps with me accepting and understanding it.

idk. I guess I just shrug at it. What else can I do but to learn from it. Right?
