In the past your alliance needed to have sov to do PI. Now you can set it based on standing. So is it possible for the alliance that has sov to transfer the POCO to a corp that isn't in the alliance?

The owner of a POCO can transfer to any non-NPC corp in the game.

ok, so they can transfer it to my corp but will I be able to do Pi even if I own the POCO in a system my alliance doesn't have sov?
