I'm kind of surprised that nobody has caught on.

The OP must have ran across 'Perpetuum'. It's supposedly very Eve-like but with robots instead of spaceships.

Loyalty!

That my friends is what separates the men from the rest of the rabble. Faithfulness to the community and to the idea that is EVE-Online. It is about not abandoning your friends because times get a little tough.

I refuse to just watch as those less worthy of this game jump ship and think it is OK to come back when the choppy waters have passed. These are not the players our spaceship game needs. We need real people with real values. I want to be surrounded by those who think and believe like that. In many ways, this game has changed my life for the better. I have never lost faith in you CCP. You will always have by far the best community any gaming company could ever hope for. I will always be loyal to you and the idea that is CCP and EVE-Online. Do not allow those who jump ship be welcomed back. We do not need, or want them to taint this game again.

Loyalty huh? What about their lack of commitment to those who have endured false promise after false promise? You speak of loyalty as though you were wronged. People play to be entertained. When the entertainment stops so do the players. It's simple, and most you will talk to will say this game is dying or is just fine the way it is. CCP cares about money, not you or me. As long as they get the numbers they may or may not keep punching out content. We have no say. We pay to play. When new content comes out people come back, or they get so fed up with the slack in the line they say forget it and never come back. Look at DUST 514, broken, look at WIS- never happened. So in all reality, loyalty doen't exist here. They wanted anarchy, they got it.

I have removed some rule breaking posts and those quoting them. As always I let some edge cases stay.
Please people, keep it on topic and above all civil!

The Rules:
4. Personal attacks are prohibited.

Commonly known as flaming, personal attacks are posts that are designed to personally berate or insult another forum user. Posts of this nature are not beneficial to the community spirit that CCP promote and as such they will not be tolerated.

5. Trolling is prohibited.

Trolling is a defined as a post that is deliberately designed for the purpose of angering and insulting other players in an attempt to incite retaliation or an emotional response. Posts of this nature are disruptive, often abusive and do not contribute to the sense of community that CCP promote.

26. Off-topic posting is prohibited.

Off-topic posting is permitted within reason, as sometimes a single comment may color or lighten the tone of discussion. However, excessive posting of off-topic remarks in an attempt to derail a thread may result in the thread being locked, or a forum warning being issued.

Reminds me of the old joke.

"What happens when an Eve player leaves to play WoW?"

"The average IQ of both games goes up"

I dunno

IMO, you must not have alot to draw from if your measure of superiority is rooted within what video game one chooses to play.

I agree up until the anarchy. We don't have anarchy in eve. If we did, it would be as fun as people imagine before subbing. Instead what we have is stagnate uniformity.

Since the OP is completely bananas, I've of course not read beyond the word "loyality".

Concerning videogames and loyality, I'll show loyality as soon as I'm getting paid to play them. And I'm not talking about illegal RMT or minimum wage, far beyond that.

If CCP for example, would start paying meat least 60k dollar + benefits a year, I would be the most loyal player of Eve online ever.

In all other cases, games are luxury goods meant to be consumed, loyality doesn't enter the equation anywhere.

How does the loyalty thing work with "deactivated" alt accounts? Am I disloyal and bannable, or just not 100% dedicated to EVE and should be placed on a watch list?

Sounds to me like someone is mad the rest of the corp didn't invite him to "World Of Tanks" battle-thon weekend, leaving him here by himself when he was planning a surpise mining op in (gulp) dangerous 0.7 space

Meh, the guy's probably testing what he can push through the ISD heavy flak.

I propose amendment to the forum rules to include a new clause. No spamming of posts that will elicit "What","Wtf crack are you on?", "What x3".
It should also include posts that will inflame, incite, provoke, arouse, ignite, rile up, infuriate, foment the anti ...err ... pro-CCP forces.

A few people being rebellious is not any where close to Eve being in anarchy. Even then I would question how you accomplish to do "what ever you want". You may do X objective, but I would be quite shocked to see some achieving X objective uniquely or you being the only one striving for said objective. No instead all of null sec=A, low sec=b and high sec=c. Evey one does objective x the same. If you don't your usually a solo pilot which=d.

You have a very limited imagination if you believe this to be true

I suggest an on-rails shooter like Umbrella Chronicles, thats sucks enough if you want that kind of play

Anarchies are balls

Why do you think they were useless in Elite?

But we do NOT have stagnant uniformity

I do what I want
