I agree, gank rappers are the worst.

Gank heavy metal sounds much better, or even just Gank rock.

Hell, gank air guitar will do in a pinch.

I don't judge people by their race, religion, color, size, age, gender, or ethnicity. I judge them by their grammar, spelling, syntax, punctuation, clarity of expression, and logical consistency.

OP, while I agree that rappers and rap music in general are generally horrible and have no place in EVE, I think you're being somewhat harsh. Perhaps you could take steps to include the occasional loss into your cost of doing business. Please bear in mind the following:

1) If you are mining, you should be paying attention to what you are doing at all time. Suicide attacks can and will happen.
2) If you are jet can mining and you are "can flipped", nothing will happen to you unless you attack. Why are you attacking someone in a tricked out Rifter with an industrial ship again? Did you really think this was a good idea? Stop jet can mining, use anchorable secure cargo containers, and get someone to haul for you or haul yourself. Yeah it means less profit per hour. But seriously, you want everything for free? Plan a little.
3) If you are repeatedly can flipped during missions - remember there are plenty of agents all around EVE. You don't have to do missions at the trade hubs.
4) Seriously I can't be bothered to write more. HTFU, learn how not to help gankers, learn that they get bored real easy, and quit falling for their tricks.

When I first started playing, I mined and ran a few missions. Yes I used to get so angry when I'd get ganked. But instead of cry about it on the forums, I trained combat ships and weapons with which to fight back. Guess what? I found myself having 800x more fun doing that than staring at a beam of light hitting a roid for hours. Never looked back since. ;) This is EVE. Fight for what's yours or what you want. Otherwise this isn't the game for you.

why dont you learn to deal with it by either mining in a more secure place (like low sec but even also in gravimetric sites) or make an effort to fly something with a tank. Battleships don't have a much worse yield than a hulk does and no one but the most determined would bother to suicide gank it, plus it's insurable.

Low sec safer than High. Hmmm. That might be true under certain circumstances.

A usable Exhumer with a gank tank. Sure, what good are MLUs anyway.

A BS that can mine more than half what a Hulk can? Nah.

Stick to what you know something about.

look at those yield numbers again, a battleship isnt so bad for mining in high sec.

no, wait, you are serious? Sigh. Go back to copying ship fits and pressing F1, F2, F3 because the math is obviously way above your head.

OP: In real life criminals are able to bribe the local police, flee to suffer no consequence at all, become the local police and continue to commit grievous crimes, bribe public officials, utilise the legal system to ensure their victims never receive any compensation, find safety in places that lack extradition treaties, harass witness into giving false testimony, kill all witnesses, harass victims until said victims choose to leave this mortal coil, tamper with evidence, frame innocent people for their crimes...

I wrote some true EVE stories! And no, they're not of the generic "my 0.0 alliance had lots of 0.0 fleets and took a lot of 0.0 space" sort. Check them out here:

The gankers are terrorists. Next time The Mittani shows up at CCP offices in Iceland for one of their CSM meetings he should be taken into custody and waterboarded. Or tickled. He looks like he would be really ticklish.

I would like to see greater criminal accountability for the High Sec gank rappers who have become a real problem for the High Sec single player and/or the small mining/mission runner corp.

As in real life, I would like to see greater penalties given to those inconsiderate gank rappers who circumvent the War Dec mechanism to fulfill their narcissistic social needs. Penalties which would include but not limited to, being "exiled" to Low Sec for a specific time period based on your criminal history (the more criminal activities you do the longer your exile, no buyouts).

I have seen friendly people leave the game because its not living up to their industrial or game play expectation within the time they have to play. Furthermore, and given the choice, the honest and generally friendly player should not have to experience the worst of what humanity has to offer.

yes, sure...

Let's make security status into more like criminal record. All victims of a player can be seen in personal statistics in game.

Criminal record can only be improved by a. Helping carebears b. Servicing in militia c. Grinding rocks in low sec

Yeah, if people had to serve a real sentence to become accepted in the high sec society, then sec status could mean a 'something' to the offenders.

Imagine the pain of person who wants to get back to rightful way... Has to mine hollow (mineral free) rocks in low sec, until his time is done... all that he has to do on his own risk, where anybody can come and kick his barge hard. He'd have to mine in noobships as not to be offended. He can be popped as many times as people think he deserves. And when he works hard and long enough he may gain back access to hi sec.

All criminal offenders who turn in to acknowledge the crimes are moved to penal colony, a territory far from known space, and learn to mine, fight and co-operate like normal citizens. Example, concentration camps, 'Gulag', labour camps, galleys, exile.

All pilots who have fought in conflicts other than suicide attacks may serve in company of military offenders. A fraction of militia which is more like cannon fodder or gladiators, who are used for combat exercises and fight on the bad side. As seen in film 'Gamer (2009)'. Convicts are put into war zone games.

This post sums up why the 'best' work with DCM inc.

WARP DRIVE makes eve boring

really - add warping align time 300% on gun aggression and eve becomes great again

While this may be true if you don't know how to look after your ships, that does not change the fact that a Hulk is a far, far better miner than a battleship. But, as the saying goes, don't fly what you can't afford to lose.

I've lost 2 macks in the past couple months, and I'm really not complaining.

You obviously enjoy being a victim, if you weren't just a shitposting alt I would hunt you down in game and kill you.

so long as you keep up on it the rokh makes an amazing miner and my calculations may be off but im getting a total yield per minute of just under 900 with the rokh (no drones) and 1450 for the Hulk (again no drones) now i never was a fan of math but that seems like a negligble decrease for a much better tank plus the fact that most people dont bother with mining BSs.

Edit: A MUCH BETTER TANK

Oh, Do go on... no seriously ive got nothing better to do then listen to all the petty arguments and feeble trolling attempts...

The sad thing is i'm not sure if i'm telling the truth.
