Missing PI materials from planetary launch

I've done 2 planetary launches of 5 P4 items, and they've both vanished. I suspect part of the problem may be a failure to decloak (it doesn't seem to work on the PI screen anymore), but the launch should have just failed instead of charging for it and eating it...

Third launch done, specifically decloaking before entering the PI view, and it ate the third launch too. I had done a single successful launch, but this little issue is costing me big-time.

They've showed up ... though only after I logged off and back on. It's going to be a bother getting back there, but I have a few days...
