Hi everyone,

As promised, CSM8 would like to announce that we will be holding the sixth and final CSM Town Hall during our term.

CSM8 Town Hall #6 will take place Saturday 26 April, at 1900 EVE time.

We will be continuing to use a dual format for our Town Halls, with them publicly broadcast on EVE Radio during the DJ Wiggles show. This town hall will be 75-90 minutes in length. As with last time, we're going to devote half the time to questions submitted in advance, followed by the second half where we will take live questions on the EVE University Mumble server, which will be open to the public during the Town Hall. I'd like to express the CSM's sincere gratitude to the staffs of both of these organizations for their continued assistance with this important event, notably DJ Wiggles and Neville Smit of E-UNI.

Neville posted on the EVE University website the instructions for accessing their public Mumble server, and I recommend you take some time to go ahead and read those instructions.

As always with these events, we will take questions from any EVE player (past, present, future) that wishes to participate and we'll do our very best to answer within the constraints of the time of the event and of course the ever-present NDA.

The focus of this particular Town Hall will be whatever details about the summer expansion have been announced or leaked by this date, Fanfest, any final questions for CSM8, and of course, general questions from EVE players on any topic they desire. For this meeting, in addition to live questions from those of you on the EVE University Mumble, please submit your advance questions to CSM member Ripard Teg.

First, I would like to thank the CSM8 for all the behind the curtain work we will probable never see (like the Dust514 session of the summer minutes), and also helping to limit any embarrassing CCP moments to a minimum the last election year.

Question 1: Has the CSM and perhaps the CPM formed a strategy to address a more fluent communication relay between Eve capsuleers and Dust mercenaries, to provide the players of both games a reliable way to find and help one another ?

Question 2: Has further iteration on the Mercenary Marketplace been discussed between CCP and the CSM, and can we expect more development on that this year ?

Question 3: What is the CSM's opinion how far the TOS/Eula can or should extend it's reach outside the game when it concerns infractions by eve/dust players ?
