I already had mine some time ago. It was a 30+ hulk fleet in a giant grav site. We cleared the entire site in one OP just because we could. The logistics was done by my max skilled siege Rorqual running two capital tractors. It was in the plex with us and it was compressing as we mined. We had a freighter pulling compressed chunks directly from it's corp hanger. It was a pimped little OP we had.

You don't normally see Rorquals out of a POS for any amount of time, much less in siege compressing. If you got a nice system, good alliance, quality intel channel, and a crap ton of miners willing to drop their mining lasers and pick up guns at a moments notice... You could have pretty pimped mining OP.
