What is the point?

That the game mechanics are a good mix, that allows ganking, but also permits my play style because ganking is fairly rare and usually with a cause, ganking is rare enough that it prevents others from making players like me quit the game, preserving CCP's player base.

Or, are you a whiny carebear, demanding the game mechanics be changed to make it easier to play the game the way you want to play it, thinking that you can somehow force me to play it in the way that you think I should play it? Are you mad that I use the mechanics to play the way I enjoy, and are whining for CCP to change the mechanics to make it easier to play the way you want???? Carebear?
