Spreadsheet Ice Mining Help (API XML)

Hello, I was wondering if their was a way to get the data for a systems Ice anomaly via xml data from the Eve API.

I know I can pull data with

=importXml("http://api.eve-central.com/api/marketstat?&typeid=****&stationid=*****&regionlimit=****","//sell/max")


I was wondering if there was a way to do this with a similar import, if so what would I use? I know the Ice Anomaly uses a ObjectID which I can get on my own, Im just trying to figure out if there is a way to tell if the belt has come online..

this will not be used for Botting, it is a personal spreadsheet I use myself

No, there is no exploration or mining related information in the API.
