That's every 15-year-old's go-to "insult" and I honestly have no idea why. When I was 15, only the dumb meatheads used that line because they were too jacked up on their own testosterone to think of anything else. Now, ALL of them are like that.

Well, since Valkyrie is going to be on PC and PS4 I'm going to take that as a sign that DUST will likely be coming to PC soon.

We'll see what they say about it at Fanfest.

I don't understand why people continue to perpetuate this horridly dated (2010) and misleading article.

What the study demonstrated is the difference in performance potential from the two different input methods, Keyboard & Mouse VS. Controller. NOT PC vs Console.

Consoles are still computers, just in a different box.

People already use Keyboard and Mouse in DUST 514 on the PS3.

Simply because Microsoft failed at something isn't evidence to support that everyone is destined to fail at it in the future.

All of these simple facts nullify the argument that "Dust won't come to PC because keyboard mouse".

But I cant play it on PC ... so when duel boxing contract scams in Rens .....

Sort it out please CCP :(

Also I have 120 000 Marines + advanced arms3 safe jumps out of Rens ... WTT : Bulk

I gave Dust a chance....twice. And it still sucks tbh. I would call it a failure on CCP, since they should have launched PC only and not even thought console!

That's actually not true.

An OB provided by an EVE player has several advantages:
1. A lot more range, almost 3x-4x
2. Hugely more damage
For comparison:
A tank can shrugg off a warbarge strike by activating a hardener, while a tank with 3 hardeners active at the same time gets insta popped by an EVE OB

3. Choosing your ammo type - You can choose a concentrated strike that obliterates everything and strikes quickly, a more wide blast that takes a while to travel and is slightly less deadly, but is a good medium, and there's also an EMP strike that removes all equipment from the location you choose (and it goes through walls!) and it downs enemy shields.



Overall, EVE OB's are very valuable and everyone who plays Planetary Conquest or Factional Warfare wants a good EVE pilot watching above.

Porting DUST to PC would not magically make it better. You would go from whining for PC ports to whining for a playable game.
