Drone changes {nerfs} & WH's

Some of you might have read the blogs, quite a few probably haven't.

Tldr;
Sentries are getting nerfed pretty hard. What looks like only 7% nerf for gardes & 5% bouncers actually assumes you have racial spec skill at V.
CDO is getting split. I think they are making SDO count as well due to t2 currently *not* needing cdo V.


Fighters are getting buffed by a lot it seems. All the universal drone skills & modules now work on them, specifically DDA's & OTL's.

I'm curious as to how this will affect how some of you play.

Think it might cause me to put drones out on the left side instead of the right side of ship. Not sure yet. Having a meditation session about it this afternoon.

People don't have maxed drone skills?

In any case, probably as much as the dread tracking nerf. Oh my, now my ishtar will do 'only' 740 dps up to 80km.

Why agility fit?

Fit all the lows with faction DDA & tracking. Throw some more tracking in mids & maybe a speed or 2.
If you get bumped at your own pos. -.-

I'm not seeing any major issues that will warrant a change. Bouncers getting a damage and tracking buff. Sure losing a little range but they already hit out pretty far.

Because vroom vroom? Nah, I simply meant, throw on some faction/deadspace DDA's, the rest in either overdrives or nanos, a few Omni's in the mids, and go to town.

racial spec skills do not affect sentries.

racial spec skills do not affect sentries.

The racial skills will apply to sentries though.
