here's the flaw in your logic; changing command ship prereqs isn't "obvious" and therefore it does need a supporting argument.

To further an actual discussion, which I assume you desire since you stated "discuss", I would like for you to bring forth a plan that details how much of a decrease in the time needed, accompanied with a reasoning as to why you feel that amount of a decrease would be beneficial.

If this cannot be provided, then the only course this conversation can take is either a "yes" or "no" answer, which will not be a "discuss"ion, but more of a vote of some kind of change needing to be implemented.

Just make t3 rookie ship with 5 minute skills as pre-reqs for every possible sub so we could bash POSes and take sov and do incrusions and hack sites for sweet BPOs within an hour from creating trial account. Oh yes, everything accessible from very beginning, no locks of any kind.
