therefore we can not be sure that this is actually happening.

If so, Ockham's Razor and the burden of proof favors the position that she was, infact, banned, until such a future point as where some further evidence is presented.

The proof is not certain, but since you have no evidence to the contrary, this remains the only evidence we have, and there is no plausible reason to not consider it true.

That's only proof that at this point in time he is banned. It doesn't mean he's not under investigation (as when you are, the error message is the same), and it certainly doesn't mean he was banned for scamming and bonus room activities which is what Salvos is stating as evidence of his opinion that Erotica 1's activities were not good for the game.

You went to law school Salvos, so you should understand reasonable doubt.

Well whilst we can surmise he was banned for bonusgate. What we actually have evidence for at the moment, is that his account is perm banned whilst under investigation.
