You can state it's your BELIEF that erotica1 was banned, but without confirmation by CCP or Erotica1 himself that he was banned, it's impossible to say it's a fact that he was banned.

Due Process could allude to a suspension, a deleting of all assets, a ban, a name change, and who knows what else.

Without confirmation one way or the other, stating it's a "fact" that he was banned is an erroneous statement, especially since you state yourself that your belief is what causes you to consider it a fact.

So the only FACT is that you believe he was banned, and you don't have to prove it.

But stating that it's a FACT he was banned is simply unprovable, which is why you can't prove it, which means until proven, it's a belief.

You BELIEVE he was in FACT banned.

I BELIEVE he was in FACT suspended, and changed his main to jet engine guitar hero. I can't prove my belief though, and I'd be willing to chuck it into the trash can if someone came along and proved for a matter of FACT what really happened.

So you claim that the evidence that what Erotica 1 did was bad for the game was that he was banned for it.
So this has 2 issues.

1. Being banned from the game doesn't mean that the activities you took part in were bad for the game, especially if those activities were unrelated (don;t panic, see point t2 in a minute). Even if they were related, with the act of banning not removing the activities themselves, it further evidences that the particular activities are not bad for the game. It's even feasible to suggest that increased marketing though minerbumping which supports the "be a villain" CCP campaign meant that Erotica 1s activities we good for the game.

2. By saying "for it" you claimed that your evidence was that CCP banned Erotica 1 for those activities, thus those activities must be bad, hence the banning. But you don't know why the ban occurred, so you can't cite that as evidence. Essentially you provided an opinion as a evidence to back up your original opinion which I'd challenged.

Yea thanks.

Considering my personal observation of how some people tend to conduct themselves when they disagree with a person, I felt obligated to conduct a clinic, an exhibition if you will, on how to disagree with someone respectfully without a condescending tone and without delving into the realm of disrespect and personal insults.
