I cleared my cache as far back as Chrome will allow and I still get the error.

Here's some technical stuff Chrome gave me on the page when I tried to load it

map.zkillboard.com has asked Chrome to block any certificates with errors, but the certificate that Chrome received during this connection attempt has an error.

map.zkillboard.com is not meant to be served securely, so when you cleared your cache you aren't clearing the redirect that's cached. This is why you're seeing a problem.

Not quite sure if this is the place to be posting this, but here goes. Been working on getting a private zKB running for a few weeks now, and the only thing I can't get functioning are EDK feeds. I looked all over and wasn't able to see anyone else who brought this up. Mb its a setup problem in my environment, but here is what I'm getting when trying to run feedEDK fetch on a eve-kill.net feed URL:

Aloha,
what an interesting little problem - can you provide a few more information? like, what PHP Version are you running, what webserver and what SAPI is used?

Is there a way to turn of this switching between this (condensed list) and this (long list) design when the browser window is too narrow? As it is, I would have to extend the IGB window (from my current ~50% of the screen width) over 2/3rds of my client's screen (1920x1080) to get the condensed list, which would however obscure large parts of vital information windows on the screen. The long list, however, requires a lot of scrolling, which is not ideal either.

Another thing that I don't really cannot really convince myself to like is the killmail window itself. There's the same problem as with the long list view: If the browser window is too narrow, you have the items in the ship listed first and then the involved pilots in the kill - which again requires a lot of scrolling or extending the browser to over 2/3rds of my screen size.

is it possible to condense the design quite a bit so that less space is required to display all the information and that less empty space is displayed between the list entries? I'd appreciate it a lot if this long list view was not necessary to be triggered if the browser window is not wide enough just because there is so much empty space to be displayed. Smile

A lot of your complaints are because of our design choice to use Bootstrap, it gets finicky sometimes. With that said, I am revisiting a lot of the layouts on many pages and attempting to condense them somewhat.

If only it was my choice. Big smile But as things stand in EVE, I cannot afford to have my local chat or other vital chats (on one side of the screen) and/or overview (on the other side of the screen) covered by the browser window when I need to check on some pilot's kill statistics. As an example.

Thanks for looking into it. Smile

Edit
And of course I misinterpreted your post, so you can kind of ignore the first paragraph.

First off, great move by the way. Enjoying the new layout and format of the site. Well done mate.

There's a kill on the boards that isn't showing the true value and as it's a trophy kill we were hoping to get it fixed. Zkb's our go to site, help us out mate! Big smile

First off, love the killboard layout and appreciate the time you guys put into the project. Do you currently have a writeup somewhere to get zkillboard working on a Windows box? I am a total newb when it comes to this stuff, was able to get EVE-Dev to work but am having issues with zkillboard. If it is possible to get working on Windows, any information or a quick walk through would be greatly appreciated. Smile

Thanks!

Also, I took care of both of the Chremoas losses that we have on record. The ships hulls themselves are now valued at 100b each.

Sorry mate, no writeup for Windows, or really any support for that OS. zKillboard is kind of like google products: always in beta!

How about switch the " ...per 7 days" to "...this month" ? It's much more interesting to see what's someones kills are this month than the last week. If someone is away for a week its empty...maybe you made 100kills but only in the first week...I just find it mildly annoying to have a 'stats' bar on the side that reduces every morning I log in, and basically get it up again at night...

LOL... they make a blue pill for that ya know... in all seriousness, if you really want to see your monthly stats try looking at the Monthly Stats section, under Top, on your corporation and/or alliance.

Battleclinic and you're old Evekill gives you all important info with 1 mouseclick. zkillboard 2-3. For quick intel this matters. If you didn't get the point of my previous post, I didn't ask where to find 'Top Monthly'. I'm saying ' Top 7 days' is not an interesting stat.

The side bars (Top Characters, corps, killers etc. etc. etc.) is 1 month on EVE-KILL, only because those are easier to calculate out. But a 30 day moving, is too stale, 7 days is relatively active and gives a nice indication of what's been going on lately. But if you're so inclined, i GUESS it can be made into 14 days.

But that'd require it didn't add any kind of significant load increase to the pages. What do you think about that ?

Still missing about 600 kills since the change.
