As the rules states the toon needs to be in NPC corp at the time the post is made.

It is a old rule, when you need to wait 24h to go in npc corp. Now you can do it quickly.
I think ccp need to update rules.

I thought I fixed standings. I'll take care of it. Yes she can do caldari level 4s, close to amarr lvl 4s but has negative 3.67 with gallente and -0.86 with minmatar.

That may be so, but as it is the rule still stands.
