Sorry Forum people I have a dumb question..

Can Super Carriers be stored in a XL SMA. Just I see the space inside a XL SMA is larger than the size od a super and now I wonder..

Thanks for the responses.

I'm pretty sure that is the purpose of the XL SMA and the only way to store one. However, your Super, sitting in the SMA is now protected by just a POS, and I'm guessing that people fly around just looking for Supers sitting in SMA's.

Yes they can be stored inside of an XL SMA. No one ever does it though.

The reason no one does it is that if your POS gets reinforced the SMA goes offline and you can't get your super out.

Or so I'm told...

The only effective way to "dock" your super cap is to train up and alt that can just barely fly the thing. It doesn't need jump skills or capital mod/weapon skills. It only needs the skills to be able to sit inside the ship.

Get into a safe POS, eject from the Super and board it with your alt then log off. You have just "Docked" your super cap.
