Hi all,

I've been looking at a few Tengu WH fits and I'm a little puzzled, when i say solo i mean its just me, no alts or anything. So how come all the fits dont include things like Scanning Probes or Cloaks? I always got told that they were essential for WH's?

Because when players say "Solo" they mean "Solo, with links, a dedicated scanning alt, and alts in CovOps sitting on all connections."

Y'know, like Solo PvP.

Yeah, I don't get it! I just need a reliable fit to scan down sites and do PvE, I CAN PvP but im too old for that ****, 40+ m SP char so it's doable lol, I'm just a bit **** at it, and in a pricey ship id rather have a way out than always jump in to fights.

I just want another isk income thats different to the usual! I know its a risky venture though, I'm not soft!

Come in covert fit, scan down and if the system is fairly secure, leave. Bring in a hauler with a few anchorable containers, tengu PvE subsystem, PvE modules, salvage modules, mobile depots, pvp modules, spares etc. Anchor them around in several very-safe spots, bookmarking them.

Leave, come back in your cloaky, scanny fit tengu. You may even want to bring a couple bubbles and bubble your current connection or wait for it to close.

Log off in a safe with your cloak fit (preferably fit for pvp as well)


Wait some time..

Log back in, cloak ASAP. Scout the hole, if there are no active pilots and no connections, go to a can, grab PvE fit and mobile depot. Deploy depot and refit for PvE.

Run Sites

Come back, refit to salvage (with a cloak, I recommend)
Salvage

Repeat as desired

Refit to cloaky pvp fit
Safe log.

Make sure to not leave any mobile depots floating, ever. Always scoop them and put them back in your cargo or into an anchored can.

If you have an alt it makes the whole deal easier, but this is the basic solo method, and why each fit is needed.
