I have to keep warping out and seem to be copping a lot of neuts, maybe if I had a drake alt? Also, did you hear that PL might be being set to -10 with the Caldari state due to helping the NPC's that stole the carriers. Perhaps if we start repping sleepers maybe they'll just start handing us T3's D:

I think you have to use a CNR, definitely not a golem though
