if you want to have a good time, fit your ship with cheap officer mods (some do exist as they are generally worthless) then 'LMAO' a lot in local after they gank you and realize they lost money.

With a high RoF subsystem configuration. (it's been years since I was in a t3 last, so I have no idea anymore)
That includes better overheating.

With a full set of these cosmos 720mm Artillery, because they have high RoF.
Much higher, tbh.

And four gyros, because four gyros make sense with artillery and the
few milliseconds matter for the RoF.

If there are faction gyros that give higher RoF ... i'll put these in.

And who cares about the rest anyway, because it owns already.

I'd keep the ISK and just continue running missions in my currently meta-fit Raven Navy Issue until I can fit T2s. And then I'd still save the ISK and fly a meta-fit Golem until I could, in turn, fit T2s on that as well. And then, I'd still be sitting on that ISK. I spend ISK like I spend real cash, only when I must.
