Neuts, I'd say neuts.

While your intentions are bold, I must warn you that soloing in a Bhaalgorn will only end up with you being a few billion ISK poorer. For starters, the Bhaalgorn is a very poorly suited ship for solo pvp. It lacks DPS, sustained tank ability, and mobility, all of which are crucial to solo. The Bhaal is much better suited as a support ship in conjunction with friendly logistics, particularly when Neuts are required against enemy triage.

So, rather than calling you daft and sensing you on your way, I am suggesting you look into Marauders if you are truly interested in battleship solo PvP. Seeing as you can fly the Bhaal, I am assuming you have skills for both a Vargur and Paladin. Take a look into both of those, as they have all the required criteria for solo PvP (Good DPS, excellent sustained tanks, and mobility from MJDs).

The Bhaal is about as suited to solo pvp as my shoe.

Adding to this truth is the simple fact that with a ship like that it's a clear case of "if you have to ask you really shouldn't use it".

Like others in this thread have mentioned the Bhaalgorn is really for other activities and is really weak for solo work. However if you are dead set on taking one for a spin consider something along the lines of this:

[Bhaalgorn, Blackout II]
Heat Sink II
1600mm Reinforced Steel Plates II
1600mm Reinforced Steel Plates II
Energized Adaptive Nano Membrane II
Large Ancillary Armor Repairer, Nanite Repair Paste
Reactive Armor Hardener
Damage Control II

Warp Disruptor II
Stasis Webifier II
Heavy Capacitor Booster II, Navy Cap Booster 800
Prototype 100MN Microwarpdrive I
Large Micro Jump Drive

Mega Pulse Laser II, Imperial Navy Multifrequency L
Mega Pulse Laser II, Imperial Navy Multifrequency L
Mega Pulse Laser II, Imperial Navy Multifrequency L
Mega Pulse Laser II, Imperial Navy Multifrequency L
Heavy Unstable Power Fluctuator I
Heavy Unstable Power Fluctuator I
Small Energy Neutralizer II

Large Anti-Explosive Pump II
Large Anti-Kinetic Pump II
Large Energy Burst Aerator I

Ogre II x2
Hammerhead II x2
Hobgoblin II x1

Rigs and drones to your taste and pimp where you can. I would get deadspace tank for instance and faction web and disruptor. Links will go a loooong way so get some if you can.

Train blops.

Abandon drones x distance from gate, sit cloaked, wait for someone to go grab them, uncloak, reconnect, alpha them. Win sauce right there. Pure and simple win sauce.

Fit a few neuts, grow a mustache and try to speak italian in local while everyone else continues to kill you.
