nice new forum, sadly a few bugs remain...

1. sometimes after (longer) editing a post on the edit page, hitting preview or post, the whole text is lost. you get back to the edit page you started off with. in a few cases the back-functionality of the browser saved me, but not always. right now you basically need to copy all text to clipboard before hitting preview/post to be safe.

2. sometimes even valid bbcode cannot be posted:

There was an issue with parsing this post's BBCode

same fragment (below, i inserted a space in each tag to make it regular text) works in here now, but not in a longer other post:
maybe implants could drop or be salvaged in the future?

3. notifcations: i would like to jump to the latest new post in the thread i get notified of. but i am ALWAYS brought to the first page. have to "search" for the last post / go to last page manually each time. any special setting needed? tried firefox and chrome without success...

4. text-marking color dark blue on dark grey background is VERY HARD TO SEE!

check the moderated 10000 papercuts evelopedia page! http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Little_things_and_ideas_-_low_hanging_fruit_-_10000_papercuts comment, bump(!) and like what you like

To add another issue, usability-wise:

5. If you make the mistake and put an HTML tag in your post (or something that even looks like one) and try to preview or post it, you'll get an error that informs you that no HTML tags are allowed in forum posts, whereupon it puts you back to the "Post a reply" screen. That would be fine, except that everything you typed in will be gone and you'll be back to nothing.

A better behavior would be to just not post the reply and leave the HTML for the person posting to remove on their own. Is it really necessary for the content to be discarded? I mean, seriously. It's enormously frustrating & aggravating.

This forum is REALLY pissing me off now.

This is the third time its happened to me in as many days..

I start to reply to a topic, type a lengthy post... I get distracted and come back to my post 10 or 15 minutes later, finish my post and hit 'post'... DAMN THING DELETES MY ENTIRE POST!!!

I cant even hit 'back' to recover my missing text.. its all gone.

If this doesnt get fixed im gona start sending petitions and complaining in general chat.

I really wish something would be done about this. I just had to submit a technical support petition and of course the forum ate it. I wasn't upset when I began this process but it is absolutely infuriating when you take the time to compose a detailed explanation of your problem, being as specific as possible, in order to get (hopefully) a speedy resolution only to have it wiped out and start over. I mean, not only was my petition wiped as a result of hitting "submit", I was logged out as well. Please fix this, CCP.
