Technically, you're correct, since there is no literacy requirement to get sued, however, just as you won't show up at your court date in beach wear, you shouldn't neglect the presentation of your prose before the instance.

I don't believe that. She could have gotten these pics simply from a friend on facebook.
Or wherever. It's a story to distract us. She wants us to believe she is strong
and can defend herself.

But it's not her that would engage. For some reason she projects this onto an outside entity.
