Crucible incursion Onerios fit, freshly buffed. Cap stable. Planning to replace Guardian with this. Cap chain is not healthy with gankers running around. Post buff, it reps more than Guardian anyway, while having links. Just wondering if there's anything obviously wrong that I missed, or can't be seen on EFT, before getting it.

... though the extra reps of the t2 are nice, I think being able to run a 3rd link would be better. Also, I don't like the low, low explosive resists (55% w/out ganglinks), and would rather put an active hardener there. For extra pimping of course you can toss on IN EANM's, but they aren't needed fitting wise (this ship does have ALOT of spare CPU now).

this fit requires max skills, the t2 RR rigs, and a slot 6 2%+ cap recharge implant (or the 2%+ slot 8 cap amount implant). I'm not sure what the current price of t2 medium armor rigs is, but if they are too high you can also go with this fit:

[Oneiros, pg implant needed]
Capacitor Power Relay II
Energized Adaptive Nano Membrane II
Energized Adaptive Nano Membrane II
Armor Explosive Hardener II
1600mm Reinforced Rolled Tungsten Plates I

Cap Recharger II

This fit gives you the 3 links, cap stable (again with max skills), but its short 3% on pg, meaning that you would need an implant for that. Of course, if you are really pimping, you can go with the first fit but replace the cap recharger with an officer one and not need any implants, but I think logi's are currently threatened enough without putting that gank bait on it.

The last comment is that if you downgrade the links to t2/meta 4, you can be cap stable without the implant, and the difference in tracking between t2 and faction is 7% - a nice amount, but if you're just starting out as a logi, or you rarely fly them you can get away with that.

Lastly, a logi 4 onerios setup (3% pg implant needed):

The exp hole isn't a big issue. For a 3-slot resist, stacking 1DCII and 2 EANM is generally fine.
The only change you need to make when doing mom site is to replace the cap power relay with an exp hardener/A-type passive.

Optimal 3-slot resist combo is 2 EANM and 1 EM hardener/A-type passive.
If you know you will have fleet boost, 1 DCII, 1EANM and 1 EM hardener/A-type passive.
Tamas, Deltoles, Ostingeles, Intakis torps/cruise missiles will hardly make a dent in the Oni's armor.
Its RR efficiency for Kin/Exp is around 250, which is plenty for a 70m sig ship.

The only reason (excluding mom site, ofc) why people are plugging the Exp hole with specific hardener/passive has to do with ...O ... umm ... cosmetics.

But regular armor repping is somehow safe?

Have fun getting neuted by sansha without a cap chain.

Onerios solo cap regen is about as high as guardian cap chain, neut effect is around the same on both in theory, but less for Onerios in practice, as it doesn't shut down cap chain for failscade. Regular repping means the aggro passer has rat aggro and will die without rep. And no, ppl don't fleet or rep cheapboats.

Yep, explosives is a non-issue for any small boat - t3s, hacs, etc. Normal torps don't hit. And fb microtorps are in mom sites, where you likely wouldn't survive a full fb spawn volley in sub BS anyway, exp resists or not, and should just warp out.
