The recent "New Order" phenomenon has caught the attention of our Sisterhood, and considering that it is built around a self-appointed leader, the so-called "Savior of Highsec", we have assigned our brightest minds to study it. Political and religious figures such as saviors, prophets, priests, emperors, presidents, dictators, etc. are our primary focus of research. Thus, we created a "Savior of Highsec Findings Committee", tasked with the job of studying the phenomenon.

We are the Bene Minmatar, a division of the Bene New Eden Sisterhood. We strive for the betterment of Mankind. Therefore we are Bene.

This is the summary of our complete report.

We have analyzed the psychological profile of James 315, we have studied his "Code" and his utterances, and we have weighed him, and he was found wanting.

1. He is not a true savior. A true savior would give his own life for his cause, asking nothing in return. He would die alone, naked in open space, ganked by all of his enemies, with no pod around him, and no clone backup. Upon dying, he would be reset to 0 SP. It is known that James 315 is seldom online, that his main corp is run by an alt, and that all his money comes from obscure benefactors, all of them known criminals in the cluster. There is no self-sacrifice involved.

2. A true savior who would want to enforce his law would not break the law of the land to do it, nor would he ask others to do it. It is known that James 315 routinely breaks the laws of CONCORD and of every empire. A true savior is law-abiding, and he would teach others to do the same. How can James 315 save anyone if he cannot save himself from his own sins?

3. A true savior would utter only perfect sentences. The law of a true savior would be perfect, immutable. It is known that James 315 and his operatives teaches that the Code is an "organic" document, adaptable to the times. This is non sequitur. There can be no Savior when his own law changes according to the conveniences of the times, or the conveniences of the interpreters. It is known that one of his operatives openly claimed that "It is axiomatic that anti-tanking a ship gives the appearance of botting". A few lines below, in the same document, this operative claims that "Thus the Code indicates that code-compliant miners should tank their ships". Both statements cannot be true by the laws of Logic 101. We can then conclude that James 315 used of brain-washing techniques to enable this poor operative to utter such outlandish statements. Since a normal brain needs Logic 101 to function, this is the only conclusion that we can arrive at.

4. A true savior would not kill the ones he would be trying to save. He would kill himself instead, as many times as necessary to make them understand his law and believe in him. It is known that James 315 and those acting under his name routinely kills and pod, most of the time without prior warning.

5. A true savior would give all, asking nothing in return. It is known that James 315 demands 10 million ISK on gunpoint from every miner, and gives nothing in return, except removing the gunpoint.

6. A true savior would never give publicity to the private messages received from his subjects. On many of those messages, the senders expose their personal weaknesses. It is known that James 315 routinely publishes those messages, only to share laughs with his operatives. It is also known that James 315 looks down on the miners, criticizing their supposed bad behavior. A true savior would never do that. He would uplift those in error, and would lead them by love - and by example.

7. A true savior would never condone scamming or the vile crime of bullying. It is known that Erotica 1 is a major financial supporter of James 315. It is also known that James 315 engaged in criminal activities with her. We have found evidence that James 315 at least once joined a "bonus room" session. He himself freely admitted that in a document named "Hydra-headed Lies". Nonetheless, we have found evidence that Erotica 1, due to the disastrous outcome of one of these "bonus room" sessions, had her capsuleer license permanently revoked by the Jove Authority. At the very least she has died a permanent death. She never responded to our hails, nor she has showed activity on Neocom for the past few weeks.

The full report was forwarded to the Mother Superior by the assigned Savior of Highsec Findings Committee, and after careful consideration, this summary was approved for public circulation.

It does not make sense claiming that by doing nothing one will accomplish something. We shared our report upon understanding that raising awareness across New Eden is the first step against exposing the "Savior of Highsec" deception, and ultimately, stopping it for good. All his financial supporters must be named and exposed. Most of this financial backing comes from scamming. Therefore, the cash MUST NOT flow. Without money, his cause will die.

An "alt" is akin to a deputy. It is the popular name for someone who shares the same conscience - but not the same body - with the principal. This is a known loophole in capsuleer technology, but I trust that you are already familiar with it, yes?

Never said do nothing. Kill them when you see them, kill their supporters. but try to avoid giving them any press it draws people to them.

As for the alt thing? Never heard it called that before, but, ok.

Anyone who proclaims themselves a saviour prior to having actually saved the people they're supposedly responsible for saving is not a true saviour.
