Hey guys we just discovered incredible Jovian technology that was left behind. Let's take this technological advancement that no empire has access to and stick minmatar guns on it.

well seeing as they had to duck tape them on and had no idea what to do with the super advanced weapons and unrecognizable hardpoint technology I think projectiles were the best they could do.

This large battleship-sized weapon packs quite a punch.

A super(ultra turbo giga)-heavy beam laser designed for medium to long range engagements.

A battleship mounted launcher used for long range standoffs with other battleships.

^girl weapons and their descriptions.

A two-barreled, intermediate-range, powerful cannon capable of causing tremendous damage.

The ultimate artillery cannon. It hurls death and destruction over incredible distances.

^ enough said.

They could have gone with Gallente, but they didn't. I'm inclined to believe they know what they are doing. Lol

Imagine giving a Tank (and nothing else, no Fuel or ammo) to a Bronze Age soldier.

That's what the Angels are trying to do. :P

Nothing says I love you like a VW sized projectile to the face.

In the beginning there was nothing, which exploded.

If the Jove left it behind, it's the equivalent of moving into an apartment and finding an old couch still there.

Granted, it's still better than Empire technology, but that doesn't mean that it wasn't discarded crap. Projectiles were likely the best they could do with what amounts to leftovers.

One of ours, ten of theirs.

Yea, many Jovian ships tend to bare a resemblance to awkward deep sea life. Minus the Visitant which is clearly a UFO, as hinted in the name.

The actual Jovian ships are organic in nature, so the Cartel versions couldn't adapt to that technology. They did, however, manage to adopt a more industrialized version of the shape a Jovian ship would take. And even then, the technology they acquired wasn't even modern Jovian, but rather from closer to the first empire era.

It is a very, very, very sloppy adaptation.

It's simple, Minmatar guns fit on everything. No cap usage, so you can fit it on even the weirdest of hulls and the strangest of technologies, it'll still function!

Ironically the 1400mm cannon isn't the ultimate artillery cannon considering there's the capital artillery and the 6x2500mm autocannons

Now, more than ever, we need a dislike button.

........

Agreed!

The Holy Adhesive is indeed "Duct Tape"!

All who call it "Duck Tape" (especially the Duck Tape brand) are BLASPHEMERS!

.....remember, if they can't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy.
