Fanfest support issue PLS HELP CCP DUDES!

Microsoft have shafted me.

They removed my email address alias, which effectively deleted my hotmail.com account which was tied to my eve account.
Which means, my receipt email with my transaction ID and stuff is gone!

I emailed customer support as per:

So i created a support ticket, then got an email telling me to get in touch with fanfestsupport@eveonline.com

but i've had no response at all.

i know i have the transaction ID in my account summary, i've got the flights, the hotel, and the girlfriends tickets all in order, but i'm freaking about this, last time i went, i printed out the email, but what can i do now?

Ouch and a little over 2 weeks before the event.

Did you attach your new email to your game account?

Perhaps you can look up your Transaction History and use the Payment ID to get a solid answer from customer support.

I really hope someone at CCP sees this and escalates it.

Yeah, the transaction ID on the account management page is the same as in the email, so you can relax (assuming you haven't lost that eve account as well). It's all you need to get in, and I'm sure fanfest support will confirm it. Eventually. P

Losing an email account though... Ouch indeed.
