But if he drops it on the floor and you pick it up, does he get kill rights on you?

I mine so you can have the fuel to run your POS.

Have you thanked a miner today?

It boggles my mind as to why the Eve store cant offer things like this.

The jetcan offers so many opportunities. Pencil holder, coin bank, the possibilities drag on and on.

I personally would like one to use as a business card holder.

Get your **** together Musterbrand.

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?

Exactly! It is not like CCP would even have to employ some horrendously over priced production firm for this stuff now. Just buy a few 3D printers and have a 2-3 people to produce items through special orders, priced by size/weight. I doubt you would even need to create a stock of items, but I will let others who know more about 3D printers speak on the time, man power and efficiency needed to produce 3D printed items from a stock of images as deep as EvE.

I have a couple of friends who own and run a model shop close to where I live.

They are currently awaiting some super duper all singing and dancing 3D printer to be delivered. They believe that 3D printing will effect modelling in exactly the same way as digital photgraphy has hit camara film rolls.

The quality of 'home 3D printers' are not quite up to speck to do realy fine detail, but give it another five years or so.

So you could well soon be going on line and downloading plans for your Stabber, Abaddon, Domi or what ever and watch it get printed out for you

Now if CCP can get their graphics library spewing out 3D-printed trinkets, that right there would be a money-maker.

Were it up to me (TM) I would convert the model files from the system into "BPCs" (I'd even call them that) that could be used by a 3D printer and sell them. DRM technology exists that could actually limit the number of copies you make of the item too, for the effect.

That's not a jetcan, it's a small standard container.

Big smile no matter how nerdy someone gets, there's always a smart-ass nerdier.

Anyway, how about 3d printing the weighted companion cube next?
