If you are in a Faction war corp does that mean you become a valid target in high sec to the opposing militia and they also become vaild targets in high sec ect? will concord or gate guns blast whoever does the aggressing 1st?

You're a valid target to the opposing militia anywhere, and vice versa, and CONCORD and gate guns won't interfere unless you aggress someone with whom you're not at war.

Also, the opposing Faction's NPC Navy will try to kill you in their highsec space.

So in your case, shopping in Rens would be annoying.

yep, and your faction navy will protect you in your hi sec space if a pilot from an opposite faction ever come ... so ... fly safe
