I have issues contacting community.eveonline.com from my desktop PC for a couple months, having the connection reset error all the time. My browser is Google Chrome and OS is Win7.
I did not apply for CSM because of this, and now I can't even vote.
The site is accessible from my phone, but mostly read-only.
