Positive wallet and sec/standings for high sec, access to amarr navy lvl 4 missions

Best bits:

Logi 5 + relevant skills for guardian at 5 (cap/rem rep etc).
T2 medium pulses, beams if skill is injected.

Potentials:
Legion flyer in 2 weeks.
Amarr freighter needs skill inject only.

Excellent toon for wh exploration, can do shooty tooty and mine/gas harvest/probe in wh with only minimal sp spent on industrial skills.
