Where do you get The Genolution implants?

Who to farm rep for, they random rat drops. COSMOS, what?

And, isn't sanity really just a one-trick pony anyway? I mean all you get is one trick, rational thinking, but when you're good and crazy, oooh, oooh, oooh, the sky is the limit.

I'm not sure you can actually get them that way. I have a bunch, but they all came from the redemption system. I've done Caldari COSMOS recently, and did not get any from that. Maybe the other COSMOS?

As far as I know they do not drop in game, a limited number were given out to all active accounts via the redemption system as holiday gifts from ccp.

You can buy them from other players who received them, from the market or through contracts.

DO NOT under any circumstances attempt to buy them from anywhere outside of the game unless you wish to have your account Banned for breach of the EULA.

^ What Amateratsu said. The CA-1 and CA-2 were anniversary gifts. The CA-3 and CA-4 IIRC are part of different collectors or special editions.

If you are thinking of trading them, especially the CA-1 and CA-2 you should be wary around Fanfest and Xmas.

was looking to buy the CE to GET it legally O.o

Or id assume buying a CE second hand wouldnt be considered illegal, the only ppl I know that think thats illegal is microsoft

I have 12x CA-1 and 16x CA-2, which implies they were handed out a lot more than I thought (I have 5 accounts), and probably randomly (Yule Lads?). I only have 1x CA-3 and 1x CA-4 though.

There are several on the market at Jita, it was the two 1.5 billion ones that I was looking to get myself but 1.5 bil each is a.) way too much and b.) a target that says please kill me, my head is worth 3 billion

CA 3 and CA 4 are not viable for anything other than using in a capital pilot. They are just too rare to waste. (I'd say the same about high-grade slaves). There are ways determined hunters can hunt down your pod even in highsec, and if I had legal aggression on you and knew you had a 3b pod, I'd hold your ship while it is pointed and before it pops and set traps. (Get a prober in system, an insta-lock Thrasher on each gate and station, and if I do it right, you cannot log off, leave system or dock safely at all. You can bounce from safe to safe until downtime if you really want but that's about it)

CA 1 and CA 2 are good everyday implants that have been given out as promos a few times. CA 2 is marginally rarer.

Keep in mind that if you buy it second hand the serial keys for ingame items will already have been used and all you will be buying is the real life stuff of the CE.
