I will take a step back and say that nicest guys are the nicest. Because it is true.

Custom ship skins, character creator style "repaint". Bring it!

Too often the nicest guys are the biggest hypocrites and as soon as you don't agree with them
they show you what they are really about.

Yeah. And he has false teeth too. That's about the only false about him that I know of. Well, he might have used a fake ID or lied to some women in his younger days. But he did that with integrity.

Being nice never results in being a hypocrite. Old testament eye-for-an-eye retaliation isn't a sign that someone nice is fighting back. It's just a sign they are a hypocrite if they claim something about others, but don't measure their own behaviour by the same standard.

Everyone can do it at different points and it really means nothing. The one off situation doesn't really mean much as it can be influenced by so many other factors that aren't apparent on the forum.

Where it's consistent hypocrisy though, that's not really a nice trait to have. There are a few, but for the most part I think just about everyone in the EvE community is a fairly regular, "nice guy", irrespective of how they chose to play the game within its rules.
