Seems that the State has found the suspects of the latest asset theft, and given them over to us to annihilate. Seems to me more like capsuleers will be wrecking each other to get at those licenses on offer, but this is certainly shaping up to be an interesting week...

The Caldari Navy appears desperate to eliminate these criminals...

Given the fact there may be a massive transfer of materials and resources from the Navy to Caldari State Protectorate militia forces in an effort to bolster their strength and fighting capability, my combat pilots will investigate the situation and react appropriately.

Any transfer of resources to the Caldari Militia will be met with the swiftest response.

I'm sure the State will be taking any and all threats from independent capsuleer organisation very seriously indeed. But in all seriousness, this entire thing is going to turn into an Inferno pretty rapidly.

Wise, if repetitive, advice to current PLEX stock holders.

This will be very interesting to keep track off. Such a high bounty will surely create alot of infighting, capsuleers shooting each other so their organisations got more chance to claim the prize themselves.

Created a report on this manhunt here: Caldari Navy organizes a manhunt on Provist Raiders!

Any further evolutions on this will be closely followed, and a final publication will occur once the manhunt is over.

On the comment the Caldari Navy seems desperate to catch these criminals, based on the high bounty placed on them. These folks didn't just stole a cruiser to joyride, they took a capital class ship, crarriers to be prices. Ypu can do alot of damage with those, especially if you know how to circumvent system cynojammers... like they exist in highsec...

Well there goes my PLEX stock.

Is this unprecedented, offering a reward in licenses?
Either way, it will be interesting to see another group of high sec pirate killer go into low sec thinking their Navy Ravens will survive.

To my knowledge, this is the first active, combat oriented operation that is authorised to dole out licenses. So this is particularly noteworthy.

With a bounty like that those poor bastards won't last I week. It's a shame, I'd almost be inclined to support my old comrades in Octopus given the chance.

Well, the first Provist Dragonaur squadron went down. 3 Dragonaur Navy Ravens and the first of the hijacked Chimera's have been destroyed.
The ANN report Provist Tovas Tagahaiken engaged in Akkio! goes into more detail about the chaotic engagement in the syetem to claim the bounties. All in all, it was a show of PL supremacy.

The former 37th officers have been severely humiliated in this battle, as they were nothing but mere playthings of the dominating Capsuleer organisation on the field.

So in other words, Pandemic Legion played around with the Provist force like a child's toy before setting it on fire. Is that about correct?

Well done, PL. Glad to see your guns turned on a proper enemy of the State.

I applaud The Caldari Navy's swift response to this treasonous crime commited by those within their borders. It may be a clear indication that the marginalization and elimination of Provist militants and their sympathizers is well underway.

This coupled with the diplomatic work between Ishukone and The Federation on Caldari Prime may prove fruitful.

I am still awaiting official Federation response to these events.

Good work, Pandemic Legion. I was on field with Spectre Fleet and had the pleasure of witnessing PL's professional command of the field, while benefiting from the generosity and patience of Spectre.

I would also like to express my thanks to Spectre Fleet for their hospitality and open invitations, and to the FC and back up FCs for their professionalism in trying circumstances. It was a learning experience for all MITG personnel involved.

One down. Let's get the rest and show the Dragonaurs what happens when they annoy the State enough to let us Capsuleers off the chain in Empire space.

Good work to PL for gaming the rewards payouts for themselves.

Guess the State Navy has no more ships left to deal with it's own mess so has to go begging to Capsuleers to bail them out.

It's no different to the hiring of Capsuleer contractors via their various security agents. Only difference is that the bounty is much larger, which is itself a practical decision - throw enough money at the problem and the capsuleers will do it for them, efficiently and without further loss of naval assets.

The excessive size of the bounty is, I would suggest, designed to guarantee capsuleer interest, and to send a clear warning. You have to be a REAL fanatic to willingly accept a 40 PLEX bounty which'll see capsuleer organisations like PL take a personal interest in you.

What you call a bail out, I call ruthless and practical exploitation, of which I heartily approve.

The name Provist was used by Caldari patriots, who were enforcing meritocratic reforms in the State.

These guys are just regular ship thieves, typical gurista, who defame good Provists name.

Honored are the dead, for their legacy guides us.

With the dissolution of the CPD there is no longer a monopoly on that name I am afraid. Even if these individuals were to be Guristas claiming the Provist name (a decision I can't fathom any logical reason for), no official Provist remains to draw the distinction.

At this point, the only distinction to be made between a Provist and a Gurista is that the latter's benefactors claim a large tract of territory and a successful track record.

Oh no, they could't possibly be Provists. After all, the Provists never tried to steal anything*!

*(aside from total political control of the State, the autonomy of the megacorporations, our culture, our traditions, and our laws, not to mention coercing and imprisoning their opponents, embezzling our money, manpower and ships, and worst of all hijacking our tragedies. But, you know, aside from all that they were completely squeaky-clean.)

Various sources are confirming the location, and destruction, of Tsatei Uppas in the Samanuni system.

Gorski Car of Pandemic Legion delivered the killing blow and top damage to this traitor's capsule. Phoenus of PL dealt the most damage to the stolen Chimera, with the unaffiliated IceGuerilla of Viziam dealing the killing blow.

It appears that Pandemic Legion, true to form, have an effective doctrine set up for being the most prominent contributors to the cause of annihilating these terrorists, but with some of the capitals appearing in high-security space, their control of the field is not 100% guaranteed.

More as the situation develops.
