Request: PVE Shield Tank Cane

I've been looking for a fit for this, but everything is either very old (I've seen a few claims that the Cane was changed and most of the fits are from before this date), a fleet cane (which I can't afford yet) or armor tanked.

I'm looking for shield tank with some speed so that I can keep my distance. Anyone have any suggestions?

no trouble with it also u might want to think about cap skills as thats the tightest issue

I have used the following variant for missioning. Its a little harder to fly than the passive fit Dato posted, but can finish missions somewhat faster.
