Casual Wormhole Corporations

So, I know of the large PVP wormhole entities. But I will be looking for a casual wormhole corp sometime in the coming months.

I did a few month stint into wormholes and rather enjoyed it. I am currently in a nullsec renting corp. But I've always had that feeling that I should go back into wormholes. I loved their design and the whole paranoia of d-scan. The sleepers, the whole emphasis on smaller gangs.

The biggest problem was that my corp was ever so slightly outside of my timezone (logging on while I was logging off)

Which is kinda why i'm asking for a list of casual corps, so I could do some of my own researching into them and make a reasonable selection instead of picking the first one that sounds good (the corp I was in was good timezone not so much) Also casual as in more so aligned for PvE and family/work comes first mentality. (which is the reason why i'm in a renter corp and not a sov entity) I would probably be bringing some friends.

So just list them off if you know of a casual corp or are in one. I'll add it to a list and who knows maybe we'll become penpals.

EDIT: Looking for Eastern US TZ.

The 1st step would be to find a group in line with your timezone.

In my experience, being a casual player in WH space (more so in the 5/6 holes) can be difficult as they rely on say at least 3-5 people to get most things done. Then there's the fact you are a slave to fueling your POS.

I honestly hope you do find the group you are looking for and in your timezone.

Don't know what timezone you're looking for, but you can look into my small corp. We live in a C2 with C1 + Highsec statics and play from around 5pm to 12am US Pacific. We want to keep the corp a small trusted group of people, but are looking to add a few more. As far as we know there's only one other inhabitant in our system (we're blued with them), which seems to mostly do PI and has offered their support in case of invasion by other corps. As a bonus, none of us have any kind of manufacturing or researching going on in our POS so that's fair game for anyone that joins up.

If you're looking for something a bit larger, I can direct you to the other corp in our wormhole. I'm not sure the full extent of their activities or how active they are but they have a lot larger member list and I see their haulers running around in D-scan a lot.

Edit- Saw your edit saying you were looking for US East. We probably play a bit late for you

Stop by "Holebillies Hideout" channel and have a chat with us in Infinite Anarchy. We are relatively laid back and starting to grow nicely. We could always use some more pilots that are fun to hang out with.

There are a lot of casual WH corps. I rather like the idea of EvE pen-pals.

I strongly recommend checking the corp/alliance recruiting sub-forum. You'll find 5-10 corps that are close to or right on what you're looking for.

What I did with my wormhole character was to follow the posts in the recruitment threat at the time I was playing. Those that got bumped at that time had at least the recruiter active. I then checked the ad and recruitment channel, and one of the first questions asked was "when are you active" and "how many people are online right now".

Remember you are checking out the corp as well as the corp is checking out you. Trust your gut, and only join a corp that sounds fun to play with. Works similarly like that in RL too BTW :).
