2-4 is only like -2days
so you have 2 days to wait before it reaches the start of the queue

I have been waiting for almost 3 days now. I figure I have at least 2 more to go before I hope to see anything. And my ticket will result in a quick copy/paste GM response followed by another 24 hours of waiting for the to read my response.

The only tickets that they respond fast and awesome to are the "I'm Stuck" tickets.

I usually get a negative response within a day, usually in a couple hours. One time(the last time) I had to wait to the next day to get my negative response. That was for a broken game feature, and I was still told deal with it. That last GM was polite, but had no idea how to fix the issue so he blew me politely as possible. Petitioning is a waist of time!

I used to know a guy who seemed(claimed) to get a large portion of his ship reimbursed. He was a beta guy with an english(non-american to my ignorant american hears) accent, so maybe he had friends.

Do not assume anything above this line was typed by me. Nerf the Truth, it's inconvenient.
