Is there still any possibility to introduce this in EVE? (FanFest 2012) This would be pretty cool - particularly for capital ships. But even on a smaller scale - cruisers, battlecruisers and battleships would be wicked.

since it was in the fanfest as something they said they were going to try doing, I assume that's what they want to try to do.
