Did anyone try Mad Catz R.A.T. 7 mouse?

Hello all,
i'm looking for a customizable mouse since i've a quite big hand and a very strange way to hold it (the flatten it is the best) and this seems the only one with all customization option i may need. Looking on internet i found that this mouse has a lot of trouble with laser sensors and software but i didn't manage to figure out if (at least for the software part) producer fixed it. no idea where to find out what is the last software version and release date from mad catz's site indeed.

The mouse i'm looking for is 40mm height max (if less even better!!!), only other candidate is the Steelseries Sensei (that is even more thin) but has no hand customization at all.

Both still costs a lot so that's why i'm seeking here for some user experience.

Pls help me :'(

ive got the rat 5 .. dunno very much about the rat 7 ..nor even the rat 9 for that matter ... but the rat 5 is ok was a bit pricy when I bought it ..but it is a pretty good mouse

I've got a Level 10 M. It's a gaming mouse, 10 macro's and you can adjust it with little screw tools to compensate long fingers, hands.

Good luck. It's a good mouse and doesn't feel cheap like the rat mouses.

Ty for the suggestion, i've definitely declined the RAT option: reading around the whole serie is too buggy.

Will take a look to the Level 10 and try to seek some more option if they even exist.
