[WTA] Plasma Planet in low-sec!

I offer the ownership of a Custom Office on a Plasma Planet in low-sec.
Very near to Amarr system, directly connected to hi-sec.

The exact location will remain undisclosed except for the buyer.
I promise you however that it's not a pirate hub.`

We will not shy away from using a middle man for the transaction.
That will be the buyers choice. We'll accept all wellknown brokers.
Costs for that however are for the buyer.

Start Bid : 500.000.000 ( 500 milion ) ISK

Buyout : 2.500.000.000 ( 2.5 bilion ) ISK

End of auction : Sunday Dec. 4th 21:00 EVE time. ( 10min snipe rule )

I will not disclose the location untill the auction is over.
And untill at least the startbid ( 500mil ) has been payed upfront.
As colateral for disclosing the location, incase the buyer backs down.


The ownership of Customs offices are transferrable very easily.
So there should be no issues.

This is a prime planet, with a yet unknown income on a both short- and longterm basis.
