Someone go find it and tell me how awesome it is. Thanks.

Also, this is the official "the patch broke exploration" thread. Please post all issues in regards to finding exploration sites and the lack of exploration loot drops in this thread so that I can more easily assist you.

Thanks again and have a good day.

Update below:
So I finally had some time to go looking for this site.

Like an idiot I ignored what 5nipe had said about the signature band and searched for the sig band it should be under in my precious Gurista Lookout Hawk. I covered lonetrek 3 times, found plenty of Lookouts and K162s, but no 3/10.

Pop into exploration channel, same rumors about the sig band there.

So I swap to looking for the DED 4/10 sig band. First one....and its the DED 3/10. Cool site, theres lots of frigates, 4 rooms I think, a couple phoenix wrecks in one room and a wyvern wreck in the last room. Gates are all locked and the overseer's name is bug as shown in the Kilrayn's image.

Only overseer effects but the fact that this site is on the wrong signature band is....amazing news for high sec caldari explorers. It essentially means that you can go after Gurista Watch, Gurista 3/10, and Gurista 4/10 all on the same signature band (all sites with great loot and easy to do) without having to worry about K162s or Drone 3/10. It also means no Vigil/Hideout/Lookout, but those sites suck anyway.

So enjoy that.

Same. I took a long enough break from Skyrim for Arkham City.

Post pics please ♥

Found one. Got SS's of most info and all rooms. MWD does not work, and gates seemed to be locked, I only reached the gate in 1 room before destroying the room though (due to mwd not working Sad), so can't say for absolutely sure. All the first rooms are frigs, 1 cruiser in last room, and he was not the overeer. Overseer was a rat with a bugged name, something like [ID 224573], but it was a frig.

I don't use photobucket, or spacebook, but I do have the SS's if anyone is willing to link me an easy way to post them. That would be greatly appreciated.

Woo. Get the infamous Pithii A-type booster? I'm gonna guess no since you didn't mention it Big smile

If you still want to upload pics, use imgur.com. Screenshots should be saved in your Documents/Eve/Capture folder or something to that effect. Drag and drop on imgur, upload, and copy/paste the link here.

I found an Angel ded 3, and it was 5 or 6 rooms - i was able to take a battlecruiser in - I saw a similarly bugged overseer in the last room (an ID tag for a name), and even though it didn't drop any "never before seen modules," it dropped a jackpot; Daredevil BPC and a Domination Tracking Enhancer. Very cool end of the night for me, since: a) i've been wanting a daredevil for a while now, and b) the rest of the hour(s) of scanning highsec had resulted in one crap radar site and one crap mag site.

A Daredevil BPC is a glitch in an Angel site. They should be coming out of Serp sites. Drams are what Angels are supposed to drop. Was that a typo or do the loot tables need looking into?

Also found the Angels 4/10, within minutes of first logging on to Crucible. Sadly, I was in a Jaguar, so I couldn't break the Domination Excavator's tank.

After finally finding some detailed info on the complex through a post on some german eve-scanning site; long story short, the daredevil bpc dropping does not seem like a loot table glitch.

In case you don't want to follow the link:
Quote:
To the frustration of the Minmatar Republic, the Angel Cartel quietly enjoys a great deal of success with piracy throughout Republic space. A contributing factor to the Angel's ubiquity is their ability to repurpose as small outposts transition camps.

A Domination Grigori is sent with a small frigate wing to clear out a minor smuggler outpost. Once temporary fortifications are made, the location is further masked with a series of interference broadcasts designed to confound Republic sensors.

DED Threat Assessment: 3 of 10
That was the text in the warp-in pop-up.

Come to think of it, the overseer itself looked like a daredevil in the brief moment I saw it before it blinked out of existence. I would've thoroughly finished the site, but; A) it was like 15 min until downtime, and B) i freaked when i saw a proteus on d-scan as I was warping into the final room, and only quickly glanced for the unique name to shoot on overview and immediately burned towards the (soon-to-be)wreck.

That having been said, I think I may just make my first entry/entries on the eve-wiki(s).

I forget what it was called, but:
5-6 rooms
15-20 frigates, 1-4 sentry guns
last room had a bugged named frigate which was a Dread Guristas Irregular
got t7 OPE and nothing worth mentioning

Some SS's are a bit too wide to see all the smaller details in the room. Most had structures that weren't relevant for completion, but there may be stuffs in there Blink

Room 1
Room 2
Room 3
Room 4
Room 5
Overseer's bugged name

I ran this site twice so far, first time I got Pithi A-type SSB plus DG Rocket Launcher, second time only OPE.

I think this loot is seriously unbalanced regarding the difficulty of the site. Before this patch you had to go to lowsec to get A-type stuff and the sites there require a well-fitted/skilled ship, now a 2 week old noob in a T1 cruiser can farm A-types in hisec. I would be very surprised if this won't have a significant effect on the prices.

I understand that CCP wants their new sites to drop good stuff so we get all excited about them but I'd say the maximum a hisec 3/10 should be able to drop is small C-type stuff, that would be in line with the med C-types from the old 4/10s.

The difference being one is small a-type and the other medium c-type. It's just because of half of EVE running shield and t3's why boosters are that pricey. Go do some 3/10's where armor stuff drops, you will find the value quite different. They will prolly also be coming down in price now (the small boosters), maybe even so much that droprates will be altered. We will see.

Players set the price unfortunately.

A-type small reps have been available from Sansha 3/10 for a long time. Unfortunately, boosters are where its at.

The price is going to drop on these things quite nicely and devalue them significantly, but I highly doubt a 2 week old noob is going to be able to "farm" these things. This site shares a signature strength with K162 wormholes, so even if you are specifically looking for it, it is still quite difficult to farm.
